F O R E V E R   F L A V O U R  • Don’t let the GF label scare you, this Maple Vanilla is beloved among all gluten or GF lovers. Our own handcrafted maple sugar and delicious vanilla blends together and creates this masterpiece. It is a must try. Gone are the days of bland flat boring gluten free pancakes. These are a game changer and have already changed the lives of many of our customers. Anyway you give or get, just add water 💦 

1 cup mix : 3/4 cup water = 6-8 pancakes 

Entire Bag = 20 pancakes 

Directions • Combine water and mix as per ratio recommendations • Mix until just blended Do not over mix • Let stand 10 min (for optimal fluffiness) • Scoop onto preheated griddle or non-stick surface • Flip when bubbles form or when bottom is light golden brown • Serve Warm or freeze and Pop in the toaster when ready to eat • Enjoy 

Our Gluten Free Mix Information below for all your questions. I spent 6 weeks developing and tweaking our base recipe. Please DM me if you have any questions. 

FLOUR • White Rice, Brown Rice, Tapioca, Arrowroot & and hint of Coconut 🥥

BINDERS • Xanthan Gum & Vegan Egg Replacer

NUT FREE • I’m committed to maintaining a nut free kitchen so I have opted to not use any nut based flours.

NO POTATOES • My research also told me potato starch is in everything GF but this makes it hard on the gut. So thru trials and testing, I can also claim that this mix does not have potato starch based ingredients. The vegan egg replacer uses a touch in their blend, however in my mix it works out to be far less than 2%.

CROSS CONTAMINATION • I have committed to doing my ultimate best when it comes to keeping ingredient’s  separate. I have different tools, containers, and cleaning tools. I either will do my gf recipe first in a fresh clean kitchen or I’ll wipe and bleach everything down after using my wheat based ingredients and then do my gf tasks. I am doing my ultimate best but since this blend is made in the same facility as my wheat recipes, I cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination. So severe celiac allergen folk will need to eat with their own discretion.

OTHER ALLERGENS • there is soy in the creamy chips I use to give the “frosted” element to the mix. Simply sift out the chips and you’ll have soy free pancakes. Milk powder is used in all my mix, so we cannot claim vegan/dairy free (…yet 😜)
