C L A S S I C • For those wanting an elevated but “Go-with-any-topping” mix, Maple Vanilla is your Superhero. It smells incredible and is a perfect blend of Maple and Vanilla. Flavour not too in your face but could easily become our best mix to date. You could say it’s our most “canadian” mix (hehe).

1 cup mix : 2/3 cup water = 6-8 pancakes

Entire Bag = 20 x 4″-5″ sized Pancakes (size made will vary on total amount)

Directions • Combine water and mix as per ratio recommendations • Mix until just blended Do not over mix • Let stand 10 min (for optimal fluffiness) • Scoop onto preheated griddle or non-stick surface • Flip when bubbles form or when bottom is light golden brown • Serve Warm or freeze and Pop in the toaster when ready to eat • Enjoy

Creating our Gluten Free Blend: I created my own flour blend of 5 different flours and 2 different binding agents. It took 6 weeks to develop with endless testing and trail rounds. I opted to avoid using Potato Starch as an ingredient as researched highlighted how this starch is in most gf items and can be really hard on the gut. It was my goal to create a truly decadent GF mix and one aspect was eliminating the “multi-grain” after taste so many GF mixes leave the consumer with. With my unique blend, I was able to achieve just that! No more feelings like you are “tricking your body into eating a healthy pancake” but rather indulge yourself in this truly delightful blend. I sincerely hope you enjoy this labour of love and I cannot wait to bring a Dairy Free/Vegan option soon!
